Secure Bike Storage Where Would I Find A Cheap, Secure Bicycle Storage Solution For Outside My House?

Where would I find a cheap, secure bicycle storage solution for outside my house? - secure bike storage

I want to bike to work. What a good idea, with the local authorities the opportunity to press the "green". There are even bicycle racks at my workplace. My problem is that I have no safe storage at home, except in the interior of the house. I need a lockbox of some sort (because it would be in time and) the front of my house. All I can find will cost hundreds of pounds, or "anchor" for the chain on the bike, so that he at the sight of the thieves and open to the elements .. Am I asking too much? I imagine a folded steel or molded plastic box, just big enough to climb on my bike and lock the door or lid behind him.

  1. Consider a folding bike with a value of Bike Friday or Dahon folding or any other commercial enterprise. Brompton is manufactured in England. Giant has a record contract

Many apartment dwellers against this problem and should go well with the folding bike.

    Good luck

  3. Cheap and safe are two words that go together. Are you sure that you get a (plastic Rubbermaid) storage shed / box big enough for a bike shop, but it will cost several hundred. A plastic box can be opened in a few minutes. A metal box costs a bundle.

I would only leave the bike outside the elements, as a last resort .... locked or not, the time is a beating on a bicycle.
