Yes, after DA injections. Not administered to patients but is responsible for the syringe. ReplyDeleteMost schools will require a shot by DA hepatitis B and tuberculosis, before you get on. They are a written record of the clinic or office that provides required shots. It is a responsibility that the school does not require you to take pictures. I do not think that it make a difference to say that schools in the. Sorry.
