My wife and I try to open a fitness center for women in our small town. We live in a small town with about 5,000 people. We are located between two of the largest cities in Texas. The gym in town is on the back of a cleaning service is normally employed in the children of 16-18 high school. We have a historic building in downtown, which is located approx. 7500sq.ft, with a starting price of $ 150,000. We want a loan of $ 250,000. The building, buy equipment and renovation for our needs. The traditional financing seems irrelevant, since it is a new company.

What can we do? Has anyone had experience with SBA loans to women entrepreneurs? Is there an investor for a loan of this size, interest on the construction and equipment warranty? Any help would be very grateful.
